1 Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the db77s platform ("Platform" or "we") and you ("User" or "Member"). By accessing db77s through the website, mobile version, or any other means and using our services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.
These Terms are written in English and apply to members in Bangladesh. If any part of the Terms is unclear, please contact our support team.
2 Eligibility & Account
2.1 Age Requirement
Opening an account on the db77s platform and using its services is permitted only for individuals aged 21 or above. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We may request proof of age at any time and reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account until verification is complete.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, operates multiple accounts from the same IP address, or logs in with multiple identities from the same device, all accounts may be closed and all deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Information
All information provided when creating an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is considered a violation of these Terms. If you need to update your information, please contact the support team.
2.4 Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, notify us immediately.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on the db77s platform is ৳300. We accept the following payment methods:

- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank)
When depositing, enter the correct amount and reference number. db77s will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is 5 to 30 minutes. Conditions that apply to withdrawals:
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
- Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may be held if bonus-related wagering requirements have not been met.
- Additional verification may be carried out in cases of suspicious activity.
3.3 Currency & Taxes
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Any applicable taxes, duties, or other government fees are the responsibility of the member. db77s does not provide personal tax advice.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
db77s offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳18,000 earns a ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied to the bonus amount only. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳15,000 in wagers before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus can only be claimed once.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to multiple accounts.
- Winnings earned through a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
- db77s reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
- If the conditions are not met, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
4.4 VIP Program
The db77s VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
It is possible to move up to higher tiers through regular activity. VIP benefits are at db77s's discretion and may change without prior notice.
5 Gameplay & Fairness
5.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the db77s platform are operated fairly and transparently. 5.2 Technical Issues

6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db77s platform:
- Misusing the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering using false or fraudulent identities.
- Using bots, automation tools, or artificial software to play games.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Misusing bonus promotions (bonus abuse or bonus hunting).
- Accessing another member's account or attempting to steal passwords.
- Disrespectful or threatening behavior toward platform staff.
- Operating an account using a third party's funds.
7 Privacy & Data Protection

8 Responsible Gaming

- Violation of the Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity.
- Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- Extended inactivity (subject to the applicable policy).
10.2 Member's Rights
You may close your own account at any time by notifying the support team. An opportunity to withdraw legitimate funds will be provided before the account is closed; however, bonus-related amounts that are not yet eligible for withdrawal may be forfeited.
11 Changes to Terms
db77s reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be informed of significant changes via email or by displaying a notice on the platform.
Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. It is recommended that you check this page regularly.
